I have over 20 years experience. I started "helping mommies" in my neighborhood when I was just 10 years old. I would feed, change, play, and provide care as needed while mom would catch up on chores or over due sleep. As I got older, my work with families became more permanent. I would watch the children before and after school. I would provide breakfast in the morning, gather lunches, homework, etc. that the child will need for the day. I would also pick them up after school, provide snack, age appropriate activities/games, a full meal if necessary, continue a bedtime routine as instructed; bath, story, etc. I also did household chores such as laundry, wash/dry dishes, clean up any games/activities used during the course of the day, as well as sweep/mop as needed. I got married over 2 years ago and we expecting our first child in Sept of 2023. That means I'm currently looking for a job starting January 2024 or later with the condition I would be allowed to bring my child with me.
