About Kara

I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and responsible. I like working with kids because I love connecting with children and the overall excitement of the day. I am also somewhat a kid at heart and enjoy reading, playing, and crafts. I started working with kids when I was 16 and babysat my dad's bosses kids. I have held several other babysitting jobs since then and volunteered as a camp counselor at Pacific Marine Mammal Center. In my spare time, I like to be outside! I love the beach, sports, hiking, snowboarding, basically anything you can think of. One thing you should know about me is that although I love to have fun, I also have a "type A personality" and can assure you that your house will be clean, probably even cleaner by the end of the day.
