Kik was a live in Au pair for us for 2 years (2010 - 2012), responsible for my daughter who was 6 years old when Kik started. Kik's duties were to get my daughter up and ready for school (dressing, brushing teeth, etc), escort her to the school bus and wait for the bus when she returned home in the afternoon. Kik then was responsible for after school activities, driving my daughter to various activities, ensuring her home work was done and if needed, that she was ready for bed, ie bathing, etc. Kik was also responsible for ensuring my daughter's play area and room were picked up, as well as for my daughter's laundry and when needed, preparing simple meals. Kik is very dependable, she will follow instructions and also shows good judgement. I trusted her with the care of my daughter and Kik lived up to that trust. In addition, my daughter loved being with Kik and they had a great rapport. Kik knew how to entertain her and they had a wonderful time together. Kik was definitely an important part of our family.
