I love to cook and would enjoy helping with meal prep, as well as laundry, errands, and organization (e. g. kids' closets, pantries, freezers). I value collaboration and open communication with parents, and I enjoy helping children and families to thrive. Prior to working as a nanny/household manager, I worked in a center-based daycare for 18 months, working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. I have a BS in Organizational Management and am in progress of an MA in Practical Theology. I have training in CPR/First Aid, and I also obtained a TECE I certificate from the State of Delaware.

In that past 8 months Kaitlynn has been apart of our family, she has brought stability, love and harmony to our very busy household. Kaitlynn follows our parenting style and cares for our children as if they were her own: ensuring they are raised as confident, respectful and happy children. From laundry, to meal prep, to driving our family around, she knows ahead of time what our family needs to keep it running like a well-oiled machine. She goes above and beyond what is asked of her such as laying out our children?s clothes for the week ahead, preparing healthy meals to nourish our family, and organizing anything to simplify our lives. Kaitlynn is a confident, mature, task-oriented individual who takes pride in her work and does so with love. She has filled the void our family needed and she will be greatly missed. There is no doubt in my mind that any family who is blessed to have Kaitlynn work for them will whole-heartedly agree with my sentiments.
