About Kaitlyn

From the young age of 13 years old until I was 21, the only job that I chose again & again was spending time with children of all ages including ones with special needs. Children are such a joy to be around. They are so curious & precious. Learning new things every day & all along teaching you a plethora of things about life. How simple it really should be. I highly encourage children to play outside & stay active or inside & be creative. Minimal screen time is my goal. I do know that a parent's number one concern about having another watch their child/children is the safety of that child, I practice that first, last, & always. I have plenty of experience in the safety department from being a lifeguard for 6 years to managing people in a dangerous workforce environment where if you were not safe, you might not make it home.
