About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as easy going, reliable and a good learner I like working with kids because I love learning new ways to help them learn. I love seeing how happy they get when they finally complete a goal I'm looking for a job that will allow me to help someone grow as a person while helping me develop more skills with in myself as a person. I started working with kids when my cousin was born. She was born with autism. I have been learning different ways to communicate, help her learn and new ways to teach her since I was a child. I have been working in special education for about 7 years I learn something new with each student/ child that I meet. In my spare time, I like to draw and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am a plus size women. But I am always willing to do my best and try my best at whatever I am asked to do.
