About Kaitlyn

Hi there! :) I am a former teacher with 5 years of professional teaching experience ranging from K-7 grade. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education in May 2017 from Northern Arizona University. I love working with children and am looking to provide tutoring/ child care services in the San Diego/ north county areas. I have a true passion for teaching and currently hold a CA credential. I spent one year working abroad in Hat Yai, Thailand teaching English and Science to 1st-3rd grade students. I have worked in multiple school districts as an education specialist, teaching students with various learning disabilities and providing interventions. Prior to my experience in the education field, I was a nanny for 3+ years with ages ranging from 12 months- 12 years old.
