About Kaitlin

10+ years caring for infants - adolescents and disabled individuals in day-program and home based. In order to provide the best fit for your family I prefer to meet your family to ensure comfort and trust. I'd describe my personality as patient, caring, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because they are always learning and developing their minds. I'm looking for a job that teaches me new ways of preparing for my own future and making an impact on a families life. I started working with kids when I was about 15 volunteering at my local gym assisting in a toddler Autism class. In my spare time, I like to go on walks in the neighborhood with my boyfriend and dog, do puzzles and play board games, paint, and explore surrounding cities and states. One thing you should know about me is I am taking classes at COD in hopes to attend UIC within 2022 and conferred my AS in 2018. My skills include creative activity planning, outdoor exercise, and watching the needs of the children.
