About Kaitlin

My name is Kaitlin, I have been working in the home health care/public school setting for 6 years. I have experience with varying ages. Examples of previous duties: Assisting client with daily hygienic tasks which include: Showering, teeth brushing, changing of clothes, and incontinence. Distribution of medications and use of Gastronomy tube for hydration and formula Filling out federal documentation as it pertains to client's daily care and goals. Assisting client with attempting and completing yearly goals set in place by parents and professionals involved in therapeutic/educational plans. Going on community outings with client in order to expand on client's social interaction with individuals around client's area. Assisting with school work and data entry as needed. Experience with children and also children/adults with special needs.
