Kailey is absolutely amazing, in our house she's known as the baby whisper. She nannied our son from age 3 months until he was 2 years old and at times our oldest when he was out of school before she moved out of the area. My little guy had serious separation anxiety and Kailey made him feel so safe and so loved. She's not the nanny that's going to set your child in front of a screen or keep them inside all day. When Kailey nanny's your child they're often at the park, on long walks, heck, she even takes them to the zoo! She's a master at rocking a baby to sleep, she ensures they eat a very nutritious meal, and she really makes kids feel like they're at home. She took so much of the mom guilt away when I returned to work because honestly, he just had so much fun and felt so loved when he was with her. I can't say enough how much we just love and adore Kailey. To the Mom's: she's the answer to your prayers!
