We hired Justine for nanny services, she is very irregular at work. Right after she joined she came only 1 day at work and kept providing reasons to not come the following day. We had paused the search after she agreed to join us. We agreed with all her terms even though she wanted to bring her kid to work and just requested regularity. She left us in a situation without any help.
