I am a mother of two lovely little girls. As all moms know it is really difficult to return to work after maternity leave. In our situation we did not have any family to watch our little angels so we needed to find someone we trusted that wasn't family. As it turns out Justina came into our lives at the perfect time. Initially I thought it was unfortunate that we did not have family to care for our children while we were at work. However, after meeting and interviewing Justina I realized the experience she had as a caregiver of infants for so many years was something that could not be matched by a family member. I considered the amount of years she had spent with infants and realized none of my family members had anywhere near that amount of time and practice with babies. I was very sad to leave my 8 week old baby but I felt so confident with Justina. I knew she could take better care of my daughter then even I could. She knew all the cues and cries a baby would give and exactly what to do for her. She even knew what to do for me. I will never forget my first day back to work. Justina looked at me as I left the room and asked me if I needed a hug. I sure did need a hug and as I left my precious little baby girl in Justina's arms and left for work, I knew at that moment I had made the right decision for my baby and my family. My daughter fell in love with Justina and so did we. We miss her dearly but our babies grow and she had a huge hand in that and a huge impact on our family as well.
