About Justice

We interviewed Justice and she said she could start the following day. She did arrive for the shortened two hour day. After, she said she wanted to continue with the position and said she could officially start the next day. She texted me telling me she had a flat tire and was going to get it fixed. At 1pm she texted saying it was done and she'd be on her way...unless I didn't want her to come because it was too late. I said, please do come. She texted me at 7pm that night saying they just took forever to do her tire. I'm not sure what 19 year old doesn't have a phone on them while getting a tire fixed. I assume she was actually at her nursing home job that entire time. She said she was very serious about the job and could be here all next week and she is never late for work. Well here we are on Monday and she did not show. She never even texted to tell us she wasn't coming. I wholeheartedly do not recommend Justice. She's a liar and not reliable. It's unacceptable her behavior.
