Judith came to my family straight from Heaven via way of care.com. She started with us in March '21 after my grandmother had become very ill, my grandfather was 97 years old, I had just had surgery on my hand, and I needed help! Mom-Mom had Alzheimer's and a colostomy, but also cancer that we didn't know was sneaking in. Judith was amazing in every way. She made sure mom-mom was always clean, dry, and looking as fabulous as she always before illness. She maintained order, cooked a little, took them on cuttings, and pushed mom-mom to walk everyday when the Alzheimer's tried to take it away. When pop-pop (who thinks he's still a young buck, lol) would do something he knew he shouldn't, i.e. cleaning the snow off the car or outside sweeping in 100 degree Temps, and he wouldn't listen to her, she'd call me right away to tell, lol. She wasn't hired to care for my pop-pop, but she did every single day! There aren't enough stars here available for Judith, nor is there enough space for me to tell you about the 2 years that she spent with us. Mom-mom passed in Oct '23 and it definitely feels like I've lost two loved ones. Judith's smiling face, huge heart, and fantastic energy made the unbearable bearable for us all. We are forever grateful!!
