I wish her well. Jordan came to the interviews, met my sons and provided good references. We liked her. While waiting for the background check, I suggested having her at the house while I'm home and I would pay her. She texted an hour before she was to arrive with an excuse and never responded to me afterwards. Communication and dependability are key skills for childcare.
