About Jillian

My name is Jillian and I am 38 years old. I have worked in childcare for 20 years at an in home preschool and daycare. I have experience with children of all ages, from brand new infant to teenagers. I also have experience with children with autism and hearing issues. In my years of working with all different types of children, I have learn and educated myself in ways to help all children thrive and feel safe and cared for in their environment and in their life, because we all learn differently and at different speeds. Patience is my virtue. I pride myself in my ability to work with multiple age groups and show them all the same level of patience and positive reinforcement that children deserve. I am willing to do some helping around the home (cleaning that pertains to the child, no laundry service though), my main focus would be any child in my care.
