About Jessica

Hi, I'm Jess. I am an active and fun mom of 3 (now adult) children and wife of 30 years. My husband and I homeschooled our kids so we could choose our own vacations and travel which allowed us to even live in Tokyo, Japan for a while. My husband is an engineering professional. I was a work-from-home mom. I have been babysitting since I was 11 years old. I've worked at day care centers and nannied for a family of 3 including a baby. My mom even ran a daycare out of our home! I love babies! My first child was a 25 week premie so I learned all tips and tricks for babies like proper burping techniques and how to handle colic and acid reflux. On the Enneagram I'm a 7 wing 8. Strengths Finder-my top strengths are Ideation, Adaptability, Input, Learner, Connectedness. I have a passion for creating a peaceful environment for children to be seen, heard and respected as the little humans that they are. I appreciate honest and upfront communication and expectations.
