Jenna was absolutely outstanding with our twins. She was with us from about the time they were almost a year old until they were nearly 4 and entered preschool. She was great with the kids. She did a lot of educational activities; meal prep; feeding; nap time; bathing; took them on doctors appointments; did a lot of outdoor activities; started working with them on Spanish and French language skills; and did a lot of routine household chores for us. The kids loved her. She met them on their level and treated them as people. They took to her immediately. She started teaching my daughter ASL; and taught my son so many dinosaur names I think he's still going to wind up a paleontologist. Seriously. She was patient; firm; compassionate; and organized. I actually think she relates better to kids than she does adults. She was amazing. She also was formerly a vet tech and helped us with our pets immensely. She was very calming for my wife and I as first time parents with twins. She occasionally still babysits for us, and the kids get so excited when she does. We highly recommend her. She's great.
