I've never known anyone who wanted more to be a great nurse, and that even includes her mother. Given her upbeat and dynamic personality, her genuine sense of caring, her sense of calling, and her excellent training, I see no reason why she will not attain her life's goal. I would hire her, to use a colloquial expression, in a heartbeat. When I make this recommendation, am I biased in her favor? Absolutely. Here's why: I have perceived over several years that Jenna is a high-quality person who truly cares about helping others, and I know that it is a shame for all concerned when such a person is deprived of that opportunity.
