About Jasira

I'd describe my personality as caring, fun and attentive. I like working with kids because they are a joy to be around. I love teaching and creating fun activities to pass the time. I'm looking for a job that will help me provide a loving comfortable environment for the children even when their parents have other engagements. I started working with kids when I was 18. I was an assistant teacher for two years for children ages four through nine. I also became a nanny for infants and toddlers on the side while I was earning my bachelors degree. In my spare time, I like to play with my dog, go hiking, go to parks or museums, study for my masters program, read and play with my nieces and nephews. Family has always been a huge part of my life. One thing you should know about me is I am incredibly responsible. I want parents to know their child is in good hand with me. My skills include patience, compassion, time management, listening and problem solving.
