About Jacqueline

I have seven years of experience working with children and adults who have intellectual disabilities and special needs as a summer camp counselor. I volunteered for four years and then worked for an additional three years at this camp. I helped campers work on communication, teamwork, and social skills. Additionally, I interned as an Early Childhood Education camp counselor where I worked with children between the ages of 3 and 6. I assisted with toileting needs, snack time preparation, and participated in imaginative play in an outdoor setting.
