Hello! My name is Izabell and I am a recent graduate from UC Santa Barbara, where I majored in Mathematics. With a passion for education and child development, I have always loved working and caring for younger kids. In fact, during my undergrad I enrolled in several education courses focusing on K-12 teaching. This provided me the opportunity to work at a local Santa Barbara elementary school as a teacher's assistant in a STEAM Lab. Working directly in the community has only fueled my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of younger kids and students. From making arts & crafts to helping with homework, there is nothing more rewarding than watching a child be engaged with growing curiosity. Beyond babysitting and volunteering at elementary schools, I love to spend my time outdoors-- exploring new hiking trails, sunbathing at the beach, and appreciating a sunset stroll.

Izabell is great to work with. From the very start we knew Isabell was a special find. Incredibly intelligent, punctual, and very personable. Our daughter loves when she sits. She is also a math whiz and helped out many times with homework and tutored me on today's new math philosophy so I can properly help. She is great at making nutritious meals and always cleans up after. Run errands when needed and has taken our daughter shopping for school events. But I think the most important thing about Izabell is how much we trust her and can depend on her. A terrific sitter but more importantly an amazing person. I highly recommend.
