About Iayana

I'd describe my personality as quiet, funny and kind. I'm not a very social person so I really keep to myself. I started working with kids when I was very young and as I got older I started loving them around me. In my spare time, I like to mostly dance, and bake. Dancing is literally my whole life and when I dance I feel more confident. Baking I love to do for fun and it make you only think about what your doing in those moments. One thing you should know about me is since I'm a little shy I love being around children so they get me out my comfort zone. I also could be really talkative once you get to know me. My skills include Energy, Patience/Listening, and Entertainment. I use these skills because they help me take good care of kids the best. You have to be real understanding to whoever you take care use especially babies.
