About Hope

I have 2 years of experience working with families as they welcome in new little members. I am trained as a birth and Ayurvedic postpartum doula, as well as in conscious infant care. I seek to provide the most nourishing and thoughtful care to little beings as they are forming their delicate nervous systems and beliefs about the world. Along with early child care, I can help with cooking/meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping. I believe that nourished and grounded mothers ( and through them families) are the basis of a better world. In working with you I am committed in my heart to the health of not just your baby but your whole family.
