About Heather

Hi! I have 11 years of experience caring for children from infancy through 13 years old. I started watching children when my first nephew was born and I helped my sister with him when my brother-in-law was deployed. I now have 5 nephews that I spend as much time as possible with. My first babysitting job outside of my family was when I was in high school caring for a 3-month-old in the evenings twice a week. He is now 7 years old and I still watch him and his 3-year-old brother. I have worked for 5 different families over the years and have been responsible for making bottles and feeding babies, cooking meals, doing laundry, changing diapers and assisting with potty training, creating fun crafts and activities, transporting kids to and from school, and so on. I love playing and interacting with children of all ages and watching them grow and develop over time. It is always my goal to be a positive, consistent, and comforting presence in the lives of the children I care for.
