About Hazel

Hello, my name is Hazel and I am an occupational therapist. I am bilingual in English and Tagalog/Filipino. I have completed my fieldwork rotation at an outpatient pediatric clinic providing services to children ages 2. 5-10, have worked as a teaching assistant for students ages 3 to high school, and have babysitting experiences across all ages. I love kids and that is one of the reasons why I pursued occupational therapy. I like to have fun and play with them but also ensure their safety and wellness. With my education and training, I will be able to provide client-centered care to your children. I look forward to meeting your family!
