About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey and I have 10 years of experience in childcare. As a previous assistant director at a daycare, I know the importance of parents having reliable childcare and peace of mind. As quoted by a mother I have nannied for, She is very reliable, absolutely trustworthy, fun, and I never once felt apprehensive about leaving the kids in her care. I have a huge passion for nurturing children as well as a lot of education and experience. In May of 2022, I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology, which allowed me to gain knowledge about child development and psychology. My certifications include CPR, AED, first aid, concussion training in sports, medication administration, and food safety. I have gained my years of experience in the childcare field by being a camp counselor, professional school counselor intern, volleyball coach, nanny, and assistant director at a daycare.
