Haelie was the nanny to our 18m and 4yo children, and she worked for us about 4 months. We would've kept her on as long as possible if she didn't move, and we were so sad to see her go. She was very reliable, kind and both our children loved her. She was very playful with them and would take the initiative to come up with different projects and activities. She's a crafter, which is a great interest to have when watching little kids. We trusted her to cook for our children, pick up our daughter from school, and oversee our toddler's physical and occupational therapy sessions. She was really helpful around the house (laundry, cleaning etc.) most of the time we didn't even have to ask her to do them. She just created her own schedule and would execute. She thrives on routine ( if you don't give her one, she will take the initiative to create one) but also is very easy going and will adapt to whatever is needed day by day. She really is everything we could've asked for a in a nanny.
