I have 10 plus years of experience working with kids in various capacities such as, nanny, babysitter, nursery at church, etc. I have experience working with children of all ages, starting as young as 2 months old, as well as experience working only 1 or up to as many as 17 children at once. Bonus points, I have experience working with twins, and even several different sets of triplets. I very much enjoy reading to children (or reading in general), making crafts, playing board games, going for walks, and coming up with entertaining and educational activities for the kids. Esther is incredibly gifted with children. She has nannied for us two days a week for about a year. Our children are ages 4, 2 1/2, and 13 months and she manages all three little ones so well. She is patient, creative, and fun. They always look forward to when she comes. She is also a wonderful language model, which is important to me as a Speech-Language Pathologist :-) (She even signs with the baby) Esther frequently brings new stacks of library books and reads to them for hours. We couldn't be more happy with the way Esther cares for our children!
