Esther is caring and compassionate. She is firm when she needs to be, but gentle all the while. She's passionate about the safety of children and their mental health. She's honest and will communicate any concerns she may have. A drawback at the moment would be her lack of a driver's license, so she can't drive kids places, but she is reliable and still can get where she needs to be to take care of the kiddos.
