She started working with us when my children were almost 2 years old and 5 months old, over the course of several years. I would trust her to watch my now 8 and 10 year old in a heartbeat. Erica consistently arrived at our home on time, ready to engage with our kids, and with a smile on. Her positive energy is noticeable and she exudes happiness. She is kind, compassionate, and intelligent. You don't have to worry about a sitter who will just sit and watch TV or be a ghostly entity in the house, Erica is very engaging with kids and extremely personable.
