About Emma

I graduated in May of 2014 with a B. A. in Theater and a minor in Sociology from Southwestern University. Over the years, I have found that my love for playing and creating and collaborating in the theater complimented my love for the skills in the childcare field. I love kids. While in Houston I worked for an after school education program, where I was a Site Coordinator for two years and then in my last year I was promoted to Program Liaison. Recently I have worked at two different Elementary Schools in the Burlington, Vermont area. The first was a Behavior Interventionists and then an Instructional Aid in the Special Ed Department. My last year in Burlington (prior to moving to Boston, then Nashville) I was Co-Director of the Room; focused on de-escalation techniques and social emotional learning for all K-8 students.
