About Emily

I have 9 years of experience working with children - from childcare, to preschool education, to my current career as a BCBA (behavior analyst). My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Early Childhood Education / Autism Intervention and a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis. I currently manage a caseload of children aged 1-13 years diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Regardless of diagnosis, age, or ability, I am passionate about working with all children and I strive to create a fun, engaging environment during childcare that meets each child's preference and developmental needs. I'm currently available for occasional childcare on the weekends, as I work full-time in my career during the week.
