About Emily

I love kids, especially very little ones. I see kids as tiny humans who love to learn and just need some help with task completion and emotion regulation. I really enjoy teaching kids new things and stimulating their brains with crafts, brain puzzles, books, and more. I am a good student and my mom is a teacher, so I can also provide tutoring and/or homework help when needed. Additionally, I am a student of American Sign Language (ASL) which I love to teach kids. Babies have been shown to be able to sign before they can even speak, and learning ASL can help significantly with language development for kids of any age (plus they get to chat with Deaf people which is awesome). Other skills I would love to teach or entertain kids with include music, theatre, and dance. My experience comes from taking care of my two younger siblings and many younger cousins.
