About Emily

I have 5 years paid experience in childcare. I've worked in a daycare setting, as a by the hour Babysitter, and for YISD helping run UIL and academic events for schools. I am comfortable around any age. I have experience with special needs specifically down syndrome and higher functioning autism. I can provide meals, do light housework, help with homework, do arts and crafts, and plan fun outings. I have my own transportation. I am willing to babysit late/overnight hours. I do not mind homes with pets. I enjoy creating/following structure in a home and love helping kids develop. I do have a 9-year-old myself and have experience caring for babies as well.
