Hi there! My name is Emily. I'm 30. I'm from VT. After graduating with Degrees in Human Services & Psychology I dove into early childhood education & infant care. I went to California to work as a organic vegetable farmer & Nanny. I continued to tend/ nurture children & soil in VT & CA. I have 6 years experience as both a personal nanny for four families & as a Pre-K teacher (infants to age 10). I enjoy nurturing/ connecting with babies/children while diving into their interests and expanding their knowledge. I enjoy teaching them to connect with the great outdoors as well as the importance of being the best version of themselves, by encouraging them to use their words to communicate their needs, while building their ability to be independent & kind. I enjoy preparing colorful/healthy meals that they enjoy. I like to create & maintain a organized environment for the family I care for (laundry, cleaning, gardening). I'm First Aid & CPR certified.

Emily is wonderful!! She cared for our two toddlers for 10 months. She is flexible, personable and so incredibly loving. My children adore her and her nurturing, caring ways. She was with us through transitions of moving homes, our children moving into toddler beds and being potty trained! She adapted and supported us and our children with such grace. She loved taking our children outside, working on crafts, playing games, singing songs and reading books. She always found teachable moments; socially, emotionally and academically with our children. Such comfort we had knowing that we were leaving our children in her hands and how much they love and adore her.
