About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily, I am 33 years old and live in the Syracuse area. I have a total of roughly 10 years experience in caring for children from infants to age 12, including children with varying disabilities. During the school year, I work as an Early Literacy Teaching Assistant at an elementary school. My experience in the classroom allows me to incorporate fun educational activities into play time. I am a responsible and attentive child care provider with an emphasis on safety. My certifications include adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED as well as a New York State Level 1 Teaching Assistant Certification. I realize the great importance of the experiences children have when they are young, and that these experiences will help to shape who they become in the future as adults. I am currently looking for summer child care opportunities, as I will be returning to my regular TA job during the school year.
