About Emily

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, calm, fun. I like working with kids because I love watching them learn about the world around them! We have so much to learn about curiosity, creativity, & courage from kids. I'm looking for a job that allows me to bring my 1-year-old with me. She's an easy baby and loves other kiddos! I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I have experience babysitting kids aged 10 months to 12 years. As a mama myself, I also know all about baby safety, as well as development & milestones. In my spare time, I like to go for walks with my husband, baby, and dog! I also love photography, cooking, and sports. One thing you should know about me is I'm a follower of Christ and very conservative in my beliefs. The Bible is my guiding light for raising my own child! My skills include creativity & play, clear communication & empathy with your child, and taking advantage of teaching opportunities!
