About Emely

I took care of my mother for 25 years. She was diagnosed with dementia 2012. I decided to quit my full time job (2014) so I can take care of her full time. I became her primary caregiver until she passed away Sept 2019. I am now an Instructional Assistant for the Young Adults with disabilities. I have been employed with San Joaquin County Office of Education for several years now. I am looking for a part time job in the evening as a caregiver to supplement my income. This is passion. I have a niece who is in her early 20s. She was diagnose with autism spectrum since the age of 2. I had the pleasure of babysitting her off since child and on for 18 years plus. I love dogs and I have always had a dog in my home since I was 8 years old. My hobbies are browsing thru internet, playing with my dog, online shopping and listening to soft easy listening music. It's a very rewarding feeling when you help someone in need. This is my calling and intend to be a caregiver for as long as l can.
