We hired Dominique (Nikki) to watch 2 toddlers (our son and his cousin) for two full days, when we traveled into town for a family wedding. We are SO THANKFUL to have found her, she truly did an amazing job. There were some challenges with the ferry on her commute to us on the first day, which she communicated to us promptly - but ultimately she had built in enough buffer time that she still arrived early! She came prepared with printed versions of the kids schedules that we had sent her in advance and did a great job of balancing their differing schedules. She was incredibly patient with both kids and went above-and-beyond with helping them practice sharing toys with one another. At the end of each day, she gave us and the other set of parents detailed rundowns of each kid's day - what went well, what we could work on in the future, and adorable stories from the day. It was clear how kind, thoughtful, and invested in helping children that she is. We would absolutely hire Nikki again!
