Diane came to our home to interview for an overnight nanny position. We explained in detail the job requirements and introduced her to our four children. She asked for 3 days to make her decision because she is currently working days for another family. Although our time was running short, we decided to give her the 3 days she requested to make a sound decision. We waited a week and never heard back from her.
