About Des

I started working with kids when I was a senior in high school. I would help my uncle with his PE class. From there, I went to college and worked at a community center for 4 years. In the midst of covid, the center was shut down and I returned home to work at a daycare for a year. I eventually moved to desoto where I was a lead in preschool and eventually switched over to infants. I currently teach in SCS district with 1st graders. I am also an aunt of 9 beautiful babies. In my spare time, I like to read and relax. One thing you should know about me is dealing with kids is not a job to me. I genuinely enjoy being with children, watching them hit new milestones.
