About Desiree

Hi there, I'm Desiree! I'm a 43-year-old mother of two. I went back to work a few years ago and recently realized with both mine in school that I'd like to have a bit more flexibility and time available for them. I love children and our elderly and have worked with them for many years in many different settings. Recently, I discovered I prefer a smaller amount of kids and really enjoy working with those whom have special needs, and or the elderly. I've been a preschool teacher, and a daycare assistant! I've also been a summer camp teacher, a before and after school teacher, a nanny, and currently a 1:1 special needs aid for young adults and seniors. Ive done lots of volunteer work, have my Associates degree in design, my bachelors in early education, am certified in personal training and am current on my first aid/CPR certification. I've always been of service to others and it's where my heart is. Let me be of service to you and your family!
