I incorporate a stimulating and creative environment, as well as changing, bathing, potty training, playing, educating, activities, lighthouse keeping, sports, meal prep, and much more. Debbie W. has been my family's nanny since January 2017. We recently terminated Debbie's employment because I am working from home full time and so we just simply have no need for Debbie's services. Throughout her tenure Debbie has done an excellent job for our family. Given the ages of our children, her duties focused on: taking the kids to/from school and their various after-school activities; meal preparation; and child-related chores such as laundry. She was consistently on time for work, and got the kids where they needed to be when they needed to be there. We eventually developed such a high level of trust in her that we deputized her to start scheduling things like tutoring sessions and orthodontist appointments on her own and putting them on her calendar.
