About Debbie

I started working in the childcare field in 1997 as a infant through 5-year-old, teacher assistant at a global network for women and girls working for justice. Then I became a lead teacher for early two's and 3-year-olds. In 2002, I became a SAC teacher working with school-age children, and then a SAC director and a supervisor. Then, I transferred to a day care program and worked with infants through school-age children. I prepared age appropriate lesson plans, prepare hot meals, potty learning, provide a safe inside and outside activities and changed soiled diapers. I have my associate's degree for Early Childhood Development. I have my Register medication, aide license and certified nursing assistant license. I also work with elderly who have been diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's, brain tumors. I currently work as a preferred substitute from Headstart to second grade and special-needs
