Daylene comes across as a very professional and responsible person who is clear, communicative, and open about what is new to her. She has a strong willingness to learn as brought up about her bringing up training she wanted to take (and already knew the dates of) as well as others recommended to her. It's clear to me through conversation that one of her skills is strong attention to detail as well as love for children. She is easy to talk to and makes the interview process easy. Her goal is to make, life easier for those she works with, and this is made apparent in just speaking with her. She will be a value-add to any family she works with.
