We hired Danielle for a 5 week gap in childcare. She was only needed two days a week for those 5 weeks. She was on time each day. However, we felt the day to day communication was lacking tremendously. We knew very little about our kids day other than what two 3yr olds can tell us. She offered little info despite many questions. Was suspicion that our children weren't getting her full attention. Dishes were rinsed, not washed, leaving us to rewash after work.Evidence of little help for our kids in the bathroom. Only took our children outside once in 5 weeks despite our requests. The most frustrating is that she committed to a new job just before finishing her last day with us. Instead of coming to our home to pick up her last check and return our house key, she sent a friend to do it. She sent a house key that was not ours. It appeared that they came together and parked around the corner, as her friend returned within in minutes with the right house key. Very unprofessional.
