Cynthia S. is the kind of person you would like to have working for you. She is conscientious, reliable and observant. She is an outstanding caretaker. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and experienced. I was a co-teacher with Cynthia at a Child Development Center for nine months in 2015. She worked in harmony with me caring for infants, ages 3 13 months. She was my teammate. She showed up reliably every morning, ready to patiently and gently feed, diaper, sing to, read to, play with, rock and give naps to the eight children in our care. She communicated so well with me, and could also work quietly while attentive to the priorities of the moment. She remained focused on the infants needs, while balancing the multiple challenges and requirements that presented themselves each day. She often helped me to make good decisions, many of which timeliness was critical. She was also a great help in dissolving tension with her ability to laugh and relax. I miss working with Cynthia now that I took on a new teaching job at the elementary school in my hometown. You would be fortunate to have Cynthia as a caretaker. She has many years of experience with nursing, teaching and caring for children. Her skills as a nurse were very apparent when I worked with her. Her medical knowledge, especially of children and babies, gave me more confidence that we were providing the best for the infants in our care. She often detected issues before they became a problem for the children and the parents. She frequently recommended actions that would help comfort the babies or would alleviate their symptoms. I was impressed with her abilities! Cynthia enjoys spending time with children, and cares for them in a responsible and gentle manner. I have worked for over ten years with many teachers and caretakers and can evaluate Cynthia as exceptionally capable. You would be very satisfied with her, and I highly recommend her to you.
