About Cynthia

I am presently seeking an opportunity to continue to impart my love for children and learning . As a teacher, facilitator, instructional leader, and former administrator, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and educational stakeholders. Throughout my 27+ years of experiences, I have tried to provide learning environments in which I modeled desired behaviors and expectations to enable others to grow and face life's challenges in and out of the school setting. Throughout my experiences, my belief has been that my classroom/organization should be a place where students can prepare themselves for life. Though this position, my intensions are to continue to use my educational roots, experiences, and research to seek measures that will allow students, families, schools, businesses, and communities opportunities for self and social empowerment.
