I liked cylee at first but over time she became lazy with work and told my 6 year old “ I was not paying enough” eventhough her job was to be present sleep and open a door for my puppies use bathroom because my child was already in bed. The big problem came when she chose her day client over my child and was ready to leave a sleeping 6 year old unattended which is NEVER ok.
